As our client, you pay a fee only when you hire one of our candidates. Typically, the fee is a percentage of the starting base salary and is backed by our industry leading 6-month replacement guarantee. 

Contract Hiring (Hourly hire) When you need to bring in top-notch technology talent for a specific length of time or a mission critical project, Contract Hiring through RMSG is the way to go. We give you experienced tech professionals who are ready to contribute from day one! We save you overhead costs and look after the payroll, paperless invoicing, time tracking and approvals. Plus, we eliminate all the guesswork by assigning you a dedicated Account Manager to look after yours and the Contractor’s requests. 

Contract-To-Hire (Combined approach) You may find that your RMSG Contractor’s on the job performance was so exceptional that you feel it makes sense to add them permanently to your team. After completion of the project, a one-time conversion fee is applied to transfer the candidate.
